He Created Me

May 9, 2016
Our mere existence is evidence of God's love. When God creates, He creates in love and with purpose. He knows our days, our actions, our thoughts, before we even begin to exist.

In the first message of Jill Briscoe's 8-message series God’s Love for Us, she reminds us that our reaction to God's love for us, as displayed in our creation, ought to be like David's in the psalms – a reaction of praise and obedience.

Psalm 139

Most of us know some things about Jesus, but do you know Him? If you don't know Him, how can you experience His love for you personally? You are precious to Him! When you make the investment in time to really know Him, you will find that you can trust Him with all you have – your whole heart. Jill Briscoe shows us how the heart of Mary of Bethany was transformed by her relationship with Jesus. Jill also shares her own personal journey with her Savior and the renewing power knowing Him provides. She reads her poem "Kneeling with Kings." Luke 10:38-42

Even though the Bible continues to be the leading best seller, fewer people are actually reading it. That's unfortunate because God's Word is just as powerful and life changing today as it has always been! This message by Jill is based on Psalm 119:169-176 and is the 4th in a 6-message Bible study series she and Stuart taught titled, "Living in the Word."

The Word of God tells us that there are two life roads - one leads to eternal life, the other to eternal death. There is an art to staying on the right road. There will be pitfalls and enemies who seek to trip us up and distract, divert, and destroy us along the way. But the Holy Spirit will guide, direct, and empower us to keep on walking in the everlasting way! This message by Jill Briscoe is based on Psalm 119:9-15 and is the 3rd message in Jill and Stuart's Bible study series titled Living in the Word.

What does it mean to live in the Word? How do you hear His voice and apply it to your daily life? It starts with bringing your heart, your mind, and your will when you sit down and spend time reading His Word. Psalm 119:18 says, "Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law." This message by Jill Briscoe is centered on Psalm 119 and is the 2nd message in Jill and Stuart's Bible study series titled Living in the Word.

Does anyone ever ask, "How are you?" and you reply, "Well, under the circumstances...."  The problem is that's exactly where we are living - under the circumstances!  How do we rise above the adversity and sing a song of praise?  From the Old Testament book of 1 Samuel, Jill Briscoe shows us how Hannah, under very difficult circumstances, found the secret.1 Samuel 1 & 2

How can we live above the problems of everyday life? Habakkuk tells us how, and it's all about getting God's perspective. There is unspeakable joy in embracing, accepting, and submitting to whatever "burden" God has called each of us to endure. With His help, we can live above it. Teaching from the book of Habakkuk, this is the second message in Jill's two-message series on the spiritual art of leadership.

Effective ministry will not happen if the ones who are seeking to minister have lost their cutting edge. In building the Kingdom, it is critical to stay spiritually sharp. The question is knowing how to do that. Based on 2 Kings 6:1-7, this is the first message in Jill's two-message series on the spiritual art of leadership.
