Everyday we make multiple choices, but life has one ultimate choice that must be made.  The choice is between receiving or rejecting Jesus Christ.  Today Pastor Jeff explains the simplicity of receiving Jesus as our Lord and Saviour.

Even in rebellion and rejection, God still extends His hand down to mankind.  He is a God of Love and He is not willing that any perish but that all come to repentance.  But He will not force His salvation and Love on us, He gives us the free choice to receive or reject the sacrifice of His Son.  We'll hear more on this with Pastor Jeff Johnson on Sound Doctrine.

Revelation talks about a great feast that will happen in Heaven; it's called the marriage supper of the Lamb.  This feast is for all those who put their trust in Christ and are now apart of the bride of Christ.  But there's another feast in Revelation; it's a grotesque event where the birds of the air will feast on those who took the 666 mark of the beast.  Today Pastor Jeff will explain these two suppers as he concludes Revelation chapter 19.

Satan's agenda is revealed in 1 Peter 5:8.  It says "your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour."  Knowing this we should be alert against our enemy and stand upon God's Word which is able to get us through any situation.  Pastor Jeff will teach more on this in a message called "Through Storms & Snakes."

The Bible says "Rejoice always.  Pray without ceasing.  And in everything give thanks:  For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."  James also builds on this thought when he says "count it all joy when you fall into various trials."  But can a Christian really have joy in the middle of hardships?  Pastor Jeff will give us practical and insightful application today on Sound Doctrine.

Romans 8:28 famously declares that "all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose."  And although it may be hard to see within the storms of life, we can stand firm upon God's promises towards His children.

The entite story of the Bible talks about God's unfailing Love toward mankind.  He Loves us so much that He died in our place.  And even in our trials He is right by our side.  Today, Pastor Jeff will bring these truths to our remembrance and will encourage us to continually keep our eyes on Jesus.

Just as earth has different seasons, so life has different seasons.  At times it's calm and peaceful, but there's often a storm near by.  Today on Sound Doctrine we'll continue a series in Acts 27 and Pastor Jeff teaches on the hard seasons in a Christians life.

Does God allow trials to come into our lives?  Well, as we've learned in our previous studies He not only allows trials but He promises them.  However we can find encouragement because He is with us in the middle of the storms of life.  We'll hear more about this today as Pastor Jeff Johnson concludes the study called "God Is In Control" on Sound Doctrine.

Although they don't feel good, trials and hard times shape the Christian.  In fact the book of James says "count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.  But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.  Today we'll continue our study in Acts 27 and learn that God is in control in the midst of our struggles.
