On today’s edition of Sound Doctrine, Pastor Jeff is teaching that it is better to obey God rather than man. Although we are to submit to the government, and its laws, we are never to disobey the Word of God. Pastor Jeff is recapping from our last broadcast, and quoting from 2 Timothy 3. Paul is showing Timothy how submissive he was to the government. This is the conclusion to the study titled, “Church and State.”

It’s been said that the church and politics don’t mix. However, the bible teaches that God is the one who is overseeing all elected, and sovereign Governments. Today Pastor Jeff will show us that we can’t see or even understand the plans of God nor His methods, when it comes to government. What’s important for us to know is, God is in control. This is the second half to the study titled, “Church and State.”
