Demons and Homosexuality, Part 3

Homosexuality is a sensitive subject in the world and in the church today. The Bible makes it clear that homosexuality is a sin, but this does not mean we are to hate the one in bondage to this sin. Today, Pastor Jeff reminds us that God loves sinners, and He is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance of there sins.

Demonic activity in this world, is a frightening reality. Today Pastor Jeff says, that demonic spirits seek to come in and cause destruction, and even possess human bodies. Sadly, some in this world are in bondage to this demonic activity, and the only one who can break the chains of this bondage, is Jesus Christ.

On the cross, Jesus revealed God’s Love for the world. And the one response He desires from us, is to simply believe with our heart. We’ve been learning in our current study through Jude, that Unbelief robs us of our faith, and if we continue to have an unbelieving heart, we will eventually be overthrown by that unbelief. Today Pastor Jeff concludes his message “Unbelief The Thief” on "Sound Doctrine."

Because of their unbelief, the Israelites wandered in the wilderness for many years, when they could have entered the land God promised them very quickly. Today, Pastor Jeff says to take a step of faith in the direction God is leading you, and to believe in His promises. When we fail to believe in what God can do, we miss out on the great blessings He wants to give us.

Jude was the half brother of Jesus, yet he didn’t believe Jesus was the Messiah, until after the resurrection. Once Jude put his faith in Jesus, God used him in a big way, to warn the church of false doctrine, and encourage believers to fight for the truth. Today on "Sound Doctrine", we encounter a scripture on Unbelief, and see that by not believing, our faith is slowly robbed from us.

The Bible says that Satan walks around like a lion, seeking out someone to devour. Today Pastor Jeff reminds us “Satan always goes after the one who is spiritually weak”. If we have any chance in fighting against the enemy, we must contend and be stable in our faith.

Jesus said the enemy has come to steal, kill, and destroy. And as we study the book of Jude, we see that Satan subtly uses false teachers, to corrupt and poison believers. Today, Pastor Jeff say’s “the church is in danger of being shaken and removed from its sure foundation”, and that we must contend for the faith.

The book of Jude prophetically warns; that in the last days, danger will enter the church. If we look at the seasons in human history, we see that we are living in these prophetic times. On todays program, Pastor Jeff encourages us to take heed to Jude’s Warning, and to take serious the call to spiritual service in these final days.

The battle cry to contend and fight for the faith resonates through the book of Jude. As a soldier who is trained and equipped with weaponry, so we must be trained and equipped with our spiritual weapons. Today on Sound Doctrine, Pastor Jeff concludes his message “Be A Good Soldier”, and reminds us that the time is short, and we must be spiritually strong in these last days.

Jesus said in the book of Matthew to “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves.” This became a reality as Jude wrote his epistle, but today we still see many who seek to destroy the church with their poisonous teachings. With the 2nd part of his message “Be A Good Soldier”, Pastor Jeff encourages us to use our spiritual weapons, and fight against these apostates
