Many people can’t bear to face who they really are. For them, being convicted of sin is an offense, and must be avoided. The Apostle Paul was taken from a Caesarea prison cell and brought before the Roman governor Felix. During their conversation, the Holy Spirit convicted Felix of his sin. But this man would not repent, and told Paul he would see him at a more convenient time: a time which never came.
