An heir...that's exactly what you are as a child of God. In the book of Romans, we read: "The Spirit bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs...joint heirs with Christ."

After the terrorist attack on 9-11, even liberal philosophers acknowledged the presence of evil in human nature... No one doubts it's there. The question is how to deal with it. Some say "seek enlightenment." The Bible says "come to Christ for salvation." Today: why only divine intervention can turn an evil man toward God.

Some people are consumed with their own importance...so much so that they seek to control the lives of those around them to prove it... Such behavior is destructive, and can ruin the race of life for the oppressed as well as the oppressor. Today, we turn the light of scripture on the lives of so-called "control freaks."
