But God was not content to let his finest creation die with no hope. He set in motion a plan to redeem those that believe in the value of a great sacrifice: that of Jesus on the cross.

The family is on life support these days, and it is up to us as Christians to show by example the value and power of a godly family. As proverbs tells us, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Israel’s King David was a great leader, a noted military commander, a “man after God’s own heart,” and a lousy father.
