The Royal is a story of a young boy, orphaned into a royal family. When his parents die, an old sage takes it upon himself to mentor the orphan to prepare him to rule the kingdom, using seven different books.

In this message series, The Royal is a metaphor for us, God's people, being groomed to live in the heavenly Father's kingdom. The seven books are seven literary styles of the Bible (though there are more): novels, music, poetry, personal letters, biographies, science fiction, and history. These seven genres are designed to equip us in different ways to live a holy life in God's kingdom.

But how do we know these books are legitimate and helpful to us? We must believe that the Bible is the source of knowledge on God, the foundation of truth about Him.
