Before joining National Fatherhood Initiative, Roland Warren worked as a financial consultant for Goldman Sachs in Philadelphia, PA. He also worked as an Associate Director of Development for his alma mater, Princeton University, and in management positions for both IBM and PepsiCo.

Previously, he served as a member of National Fatherhood Initiative's board of directors. Roland received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He and his wife, Yvette, have two sons.
