Looking at the account of Jesus' baptism in Matthew, chapter 3, is like watching a picture develop in the processing room. What happened immediately after Jesus came up out of the water? As we conclude this brief study of the ordinance of baptism, teaching pastor Jim Shaddix directs our attention to verses 16 and 17, to bear out the completed picture. And that is God's anointing of Jesus as THE sacrifice for sin, and His satisfaction with Jesus' redemptive work.
