Yesterday, Jim Shaddix, senior pastor of the Riverside church in Denver and featured speaker her on Hope For Today, began the 3rd message of his series "Perversion of the Picture - Distorting God's Design". The main thrust of the message is to further our understanding in how homosexuality distorts the picture of Christ's love for His church. Looking primarily at Romans chapter one, Jim points to a series of man-driven exchanges designed to minimize a Holy God; that is, the exchange of the glory of the Creator for the glory of the creature, the exchange of the truth of God for a lie, and the exchange of the natural for the unnatural.
