The communists in China are increasingly concerned with the rise in effeminacy with their young men, but Americans are encouraging more of it. Christian film reviews have gone gaga over La La Land, the award-winning musical that just took home 7 Golden Globes last weekend. They say the film makes no grand philosophical statements. We beg to differ. We take a look at the worldview, the teleology, the social view, the foul language, the fornication of this miserable musical. Here is one of the best examples of how a movie with a really bad worldview can leave a Christian audience feeling really warm and fuzzy. This program includes:1. The globalism of the 20th Century is slowly collapsing, but persecution against Christians is also on the rise. Interestingly, the nation of Hungary is arguing for a resurrection of its Christian past. The president is also pushing for the protection of Christians from persecution. What can our State department learn from the example of Hungary? What are the obligations of presidents to the Lord Jesus Christ and to His church? These are important questions that test the moral fiber of every president in a world ruled by Christ. This program includes:1. Terrorism and Islam has come to America, and soon to become a way of life. We have twice the national debt -- doubled in eight years. It took 200 years to get us to 10 Trillion, and eight years to get us to 20 Trillion! More abortions / abortifacients, less births, more homosexuality, the worst moral condition in the history of the country, and. . .America is playing games while the empire burns down. More than half of America on the government dole, and the people in the Coliseum are crying for bread and games, more bread and games! This program includes:1. The most influential man of the millennium on three major secular lists turns out to be. . . Martin Luther. Also, on multiple secular lists, Jesus Christ tops the list of the most influential person in all of history. That all makes sense. But, as we expand our lists of the “most influential persons” for good or for evil, we find differences between Time Magazine, A&E, and us.This program includes:1. No generation is without stories of true heroes of the faith. In our generation, one man will retain a place in the annals of Christian history until the end of the world. An Iranian martyr joins the ranks of Justin Martyr, Polycarp, Blandina, John Hus, George Wishart, Patrick Hamilton, and the two Margarets. Haik Hovsepian was an Iranian bishop, and martyred for Christ in 1994 even as he was trying to save the life of a friend. A recent documentary film produced by sons of the martyr relates this powerful story, and we interview his son Joseph in this segment of Generations. Don't miss a story that will undoubtedly hold its place in Christian history for thousands of years hence. The full documentary is available from http://www.acryfromiran.com. This program includes: 1. Generations with Kevin Swanson 2. The Worldview in Five Minutes with Adam McManus (Ten-Year-Old Girl Used in Suicide Bombing, Woman Survives Stabbing in Austrian Refugee Camp, Alabama Supreme Court Declares Unborn Children to be Humans)
