Presidents George W. Bush and Barrack Obama worked hard to increase the size of the Department of Education 4 fold between 2000 and 2014.   Now, finally the Department of Education can control the states and enforce their will.  This is something Clinton couldn't quite pull off with Goals 2000.  But what the federal government funds, the federal government controls.  Now, the US Dept. of Education has a gun to the head of Oklahoma when that state tried to back out of Common Core.  Kevin Swanson points to the states rights battles, and leaves with a little hope that there may be some freedom left for some American families and school districts in the future.

PBS presents the "good side" of late term abortionist, George Tiller. But, we ask the question, "Are they working on a larger series. . . covering Hitler, Nero, and the other renown killers in history?" Then, the Generations team looks at California's medical insurance mandate for abortion coverage. Must Christians participate in the kid-killing frenzy? Then, Kevin Swanson takes a look at the feminist agenda through the eyes of a feminist who grew up with the movement in the 1960s and 1970s.

What must we say about "Christians" who think Jesus lied about Adam, support homosexuality, and self-consciously believe that worship is "all about me?" This is what is known as "the other worldview." These are full-blown humanists, who believe that man is the source of truth, ethics, and reality. Man is ultimate. Man becomes god in his own thinking. Kevin Swanson reviews the latest vain imaginations from Gungor, Victoria Osteen, and other representatives of the CCM crowd.

Billions of dollars are poured into leftist causes out of the federal government programs (and lawsuits). Kevin Swanson points out that the conservative (righteous) causes pull together a fraction (less than 1%) of the funding to advocate good things. We're talking about Family Research Council, HSLDA, Focus on the Family, and World Magazine. We also issue many kudo's to the work of World Magazine, Focus on the Family, James Dobson, Mike Farris, in their steadfast defense of family and freedom. Then, we answer the question, "Why do the leftist organizations encourage Christians to shoot at each other?"

The collapse of America is inevitable. The socio-economic cannot sustain the birth implosions, the worker-to-retiree ratio collapse in 2025, the destruction of sexuality, etc. But what happens after the collapse? And what do we do now? These are the best of times! We have the best potential for disciple-ing the nations. . .EVER. Kevin Swanson works the strategy with Dr. Jay Grimstead on this edition of the program.

If the Church in the West is languishing, and the Church in Asia and Africa is flourishing, doesn't it make sense to develop more connections with the International Church? This can yield more life for our churches in America. Kevin Swanson finds an excellent of example of this in this interview with Mark Robinette who has found tremendous life and spiritual growth in Myanmar.

Within 20 years, there will be twice as many elderly, and almost no extra workers to fill the gap in America. Meanwhile, the Social Security Fund has spent into the red for four years in a row!  Kevin Swanson suggests it is time to start working Plan B for elderly care, beginning with the biblical mandates.  Todd Strawser joins us on the program to lay out the plan for our first Elderly Care Conference.  Please Note: christianfamilyeldercare.com will be up on Monday, September 1, 2014.

Hear the real story behind Exodus International’s dissolution in May of 2013. Conversion and restoration for repentant homosexuals is real.  It is happening everywhere around the country. Kevin Swanson interviews David Foster, himself a repentant homosexual on his new film project “Such Were Some Of You.”  These are the stories that the media does not want you to hear.  What is it like for a homosexual to repent and recover from a state of sexual brokenness?

We are seeing more negative reports on homeschooling than ever before. Anecdotal evidence is fun, but does it reflect the real story?   Kevin Swanson interacts with a World Magazine article that covers homeschool graduate malcontents, and discusses a biblical perspective of educational neglect. Should the state prosecute educational neglect in the case that a father fails to follow through on Deuteronomy 6:7?

CCM artist, Vicky Beeching has been leading worship since she was 17, and she’s been “gay” since she was 13, by her own admission. Will the young evangelicals follow Vicky, Jars of Clay, and the rest? Also, we take a look at the young evangelicals hanging out with Mark Driscoll. Is this Mars Hill Church stable enough to withstand the controversies? Does this constitute a more stable church, or less stable church than what we used to have? Kevin Swanson and Bill Jack interact on the Driscoll controversies.
