The first century city of Corinth resembles modern day America in many ways, not least of which is their view and practice of sex. For them, and many in our world today too, sex was thought of as mere recreation. What they failed to realize is that it was designed for unification. We learned last time that sex binds people together, and the only proper context is within marriage. Turn if you would to First Corinthians 6, as we pick up where we left off in our series called “Sexual Sins and Sanctified Bodies.”
