Several times a day, we stop what we're doing and take time to eat. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with a few coffee breaks in between. We rarely miss these daily regiments of getting the fuel we need. Most of us aren't quite as disciplined about our spiritual eating habits. As we grow in our relationship with God, it's important we get the essential nutrition we need. Today on Focal Point, Mike Fabarez introduces a study called, "Back to the Basics."
