Strategic Training & Direction

Do you remember listening to grandma or grandpa telling stories about their younger days?  These personal accounts not only tell us something about our family, but our own heritage, as well!  On this edition of Focal Point, we’ll talk about the importance of passing along a legacy to our children by telling them how God’s worked in our lives and by providing an example of prayer.

Avoiding the Common Sins of ParentingWhether it’s seeing our child thirty feet up in a tree or wondering whether they’ll make valedictorian, it’s tempting to allow worry to get the better of us.  And while it’s natural for parents to be concerned with the well being of their children, it’s crucial we remember who’s ultimately in control.  On this edition of Focal Point, we’re looking at some of the struggles parents face.
