About Dr. Calvin Wittman

Dr. Calvin Wittman is a graduate of Baylor University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with his Master of Divinity and holds a Doctor of Ministry (D. Min.) in Expository Preaching from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. He is a veteran of the United States Navy and has worked as a news anchor on both television and radio stations in Texas.

Dr. Wittman and his wife, Diane, served as missionaries in Spain and in various pastorates before being called to Applewood Baptist Church. He has been serving at Applewood as Senior Pastor since October 1999.
