Would Jesus Side With Obama To Overtax The Rich? Part 10

Words are cheap and easy to come by but actions are what really count. In his speech to the National Prayer Breakfast crowd, Obama and his speechwriter truly outdid themselves and think they fooled everyone into thinking that Obama is honoring the values that gave America it's greatness.  But it is only the biblically illiterate and the cowards that believed his phony claims and contorted Bible verses to push through his ungodly political agenda. God will never condone taking away people's private property arbitrarily. The bottom line of Obama's speech was to tell the church to submit to the federal government without questioning anything. Did those in attendance and the nation get it?

Obama carefully words his speeches to sell to the American people what he wants to accomplish.  For instance, what does he mean when he says "I want to give every American an good opportunity to prosper."  He is basically saying it is government that gives the opportunities. When words are taken out of context it distorts the perspective and he certainly did that with the quotes of the Bible in his National Prayer Breakfast speech.

I someone were to ask you what type of government do we have in America, what would your answer be? More and more, the government of the United States of America is looking like a dictatorship. It has been a long time in the making to arrive at this point of slavery that we find ourselves in.  Government is clearly usurping God's place in the lives of its citizens and God will have to say, enough!  God is the only one that can place requirements on us.

Progressives have a very effective platform and that is to always promise to provide for all of the people's needs, however, never using their own money; always the money of others.  Their "benevolence" is fueled by stealing from some to give to others.  With them it's never about the issues; they say what people want to hear to arrive at power which is their main goal.  Interestingly enough, they even use God if it will help promote their political agenda. Any other time they declare war on Him. Wake up, America!

America has a very unique design in its origin but Obama could care less.  He is doing his best to destroy it with all that is within his power.  On the other hand, God has the last word on all that happens here on earth and He is certainly speaking loud and clear of his displeasure with America and especially with Christian America.

What did Obama really reveal about himself and his position on faith in his speech at the National Prayer Breakfast.  Have you bit into the lie that a politician's religious beliefs are a private matter? Does he truly believe when he says"...our personal religious beliefs alone can't dictate our response to every challenge we face."  And then turn around and say, "...in my moments of prayer, I'm reminded that faith and values play an enormous role in motivating us to solve some of our most urgent problems..."  Which is it?

At the National Prayer Breakfast, in his effort to promote his agenda to increase taxes, Obama had the audacity to twist Bible verses to support his position. At the same time he uttered many contradictions such as: "We know that part of living in a pluralistic society means that our personal religious beliefs alone can't dictate our response to our every challenge we face." While in the very next paragraph he said the following: "...in my moments of prayer, I'm reminded that faith and values play an enormous role in motivating us to solve some of our most urgent problems, in keeping us going when we suffer setbacks..."

Obama's thinks he can fool us with his phony religiosity by taking Bible verses and twisting them to fit his political agenda.  Those who groomed him did a masterful job and taught him how to be a great schemer.  But the real question we must be asking ourselves as children of God is, why did God allow this man to arrive at the White House?  Why is God allowing a powerful few who are voraciously power hungry to over run us? So far God is permitting it.  How long will God allow this to continue?

The content of Obama's speech at the National Prayer Breakfast is a sad and painful reflection of the true spiritual condition our nation finds itself in.  When you see the numerous contradictions, the audacity of quoting Scripture completely out of context and the obvious contradictory statements with what his personal life reveals is a sad state of affairs for our country.

Barack Obama said last Thursday his proposal to raise taxes on wealthy Americans is in accordance with the teachings of Jesus Christ. His speech, for the most part, was well crafted for the audience he was addressing. His speechwriter did a fairly good job that is if you are biblically illiterate. I do not know if the religious leaders, at the end of Obama's speech applauded because they agreed with him or because he came to the end of the politically charged message for American Christians.  Either way they left much to be desired.

It has become common ground to label people as liberal, moderate, or conservative which normally describes a person's political persuasion.  The number of people who consider themselves moderates in the United States historically outweigh those who consider themselves liberal or conservative. What all must understand is that without Biblical reformation there is no cultural, economic and political reformation, IMPOSSIBLE!

Nena Arias

Is one of thirteen siblings; born, raised and educated in California. She was brought up in a Christian home, however her personal commitment to Christ happened at the age of seventeen which also included a simultaneous call to missionary work which she embraced with her whole heart. She answered this call and up until the present is actively involved in ministry alongside her husband, Ramon. Nena is an accomplished singer/minister and conference speaker. Her ministry for the last 40 years has taken her to several continents and nations such as, Mexico, Central and South America, Africa, Middle East, Europe, Canada and all across the continental United States and Hawaii.
