Who Can You Trust? Part 5

February 8, 2013
The ethical bankrupcy in our society together with the circulation of godless ideas, concepts and values have caused much distorted and warped thinking in individuals and knocked the air out of us for far too long.  This has impacted all areas of our society and the world.  The theories of Marx, Darwin, Engels, Lenin and Stalin came together in the 19th Century to hit a home run for the kingdom of darkness in the world and we are still experiencing those negatives effects to this day.  A ray of hope is in the horizon denouncing the fallecy of evolution and humanist ideas. Let us continue to pray for the biblical reformation that is gravely needed to get the human race back on track.

It is vital that you question everything you see and everything you hear. There is so much danger all around us because of the culture of lies that has permeated our society.  These lies are producing much confusion and frustration.  Lies are certainly not what made the greatness of this nation which is quickly eroding. It is vital to saturate our minds with God's word and to pray for discernment because we must not trust blindly.

Humanity, especially in this country, is suffering from many wrong decisions that have been made for a long time and they are now coming home to roost at the same time.  People have betrayed each other, parents have betrayed their children, politicians have betrayed their constituents, and the federal government is so corrupt that everything goes for the sake of power over the people.  Who can we trust?

The world is paved with lots of good intentions.  It is also said that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.  For the most part, people live their beliefs, but, what do they base their beliefs on?  When we don't have wisdom and understanding that comes from God we miss out on the true purpose of life.  No matter how long our earthly life might be it will have been a life lived in vain.  The real essence of your life is blown in the wind and you will have failed all those around you.

The lack of trust in people is growing by leaps and bounds.  They just don't know in whom they can trust anymore.  But when people lose their trust you know we are in deep, deep trouble as a society. The book of Proverbs in the Bible instructs us in chapter 2 to make a conscious effort to acquire wisdom and to discipline ourselves to understanding the knowledge of God.  We must search for it like we would for silver and for hidden treasures.

Much has changed throughout human history but most is not for good.  People change their philosophy of life, they change religions and even their geographical locations in hopes of finding a better life and bring about true change, to no avail.  We are called to live our life to fruition only through God being our source because he said without me you can do nothing.  Is that just an ego-centric declaration or is there truth to it?

Infidelity to God has grave consequences. Implementing knowledge contrary to God's brings destruction without fail.  Humans persist in grumbling against God's requirements and there comes a time when God says enough and leaves us alone to suffer those consequences because of the hardness of our hearts.  We owe it to God to honor His design in us to do His good pleasure. His kingdom come His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Take a look around you at the world landscape.  The world is in desperate need for God's knowledge and the manifestation of those who say they believe in him.  We have been equipped by God to make Him known to the world and get the job done.  We must put forth an effort above and beyond what we imagined we could do to fulfill what we have been commissioned to do. God expects this from all His children.

How do you feel about the culture around you? Are you cold, lukewarm or passionate?  God commissioned Israel to be a model for the rest of the world.  Looking at the world through God's perspective makes all the difference.  Like the twelve spies that Moses sent out to scout the Promised Land they were commissioned to conquer.  All twelve spies saw the same things yet ten brought a negative report while two brought a very positive report. How can that be? What made the difference?

The first impression we get on leadership is clearly received in the home. But as we grow, develop and mature, we will develop our own perception of things that may differ from what we learned.  Proper perception is everything.  We are paying the price of not accepting God's order of things for our lives and only accepting the perception of others that are in authority over us.

History changes but the original commission that God gave us has never changed. We are suffering from chaos and want simply because we refuse to do all things God's way.  There is no need to be dependent on the products of other nations when we have so many riches to explore.  We haven't begun to scratch the surface of what God has prepared to give us if we only fulfill His commission.

About The Future of America

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.
