The only moral boundary that matters is God’s law and order. The moment our first earthly parents were created they received the cultural commission to take care of the created order, they received one moral law to be observed and their failure to comply came with grave consequences.

Humans were created moral beings, same as God, and they have total dependence upon the revealed truth of God to know how to do what is right. The biblical worldview is the only one that offers answers to the most complex problems of human existence, such as how the universe came into existence and what is its purpose. Why planet Earth is the only place for people to exist and then exit into the next life.

There is a trend that is being taught to our children and society as a whole that being a citizen it is not exceptional. The true concept of citizen has been lost and devalued. During the times of Greece and Rome to be a citizen was a title of great honor. We must keep in mind that with honor comes responsibility. Robert Kennedy said, "...today, as never before in the free world, responsibility is the greatest right of citizenship and service is the greatest of freedom's privileges."

A correct thanksgiving tradition began dating back beyond the Pilgrims and Puritans, all the way back to thousands of years into the history of the Hebrew people. The Bible reveals what the practice of thanksgiving meant to the children of Israel. Thanksgiving was a time of great celebration with fasting and feasting to praise God; expressed with songs and great joy. In modern Israel, some locations have this burst of joyful celebration even in the streets. Yes, the Bible has many instances of calling people for a celebration, but also for deep national soul-searching.

Initially, not all evil manifests in a recognizable way. Why is that you might ask? Remember Eve’s temptation and the outcome of her yielding to it? Remember Jesus’ temptations? Evil seldom looks like something to be rejected; rather it appeals to the senses. Evil is eye-catching, desirable, and appears to be legitimate therefore enticing people to fall into its traps. But we have victory through Christ and God did not choose us in Christ to be observers or participants of a decadent culture, rather to be transformers of that culture.

Believers in Christ must be strong in the Lord’s might and how to effectively use His power in every battle to win the war. Remember we were saved from the grip of Satan’s ideas and culture and accepted not only God’s life but we sided with Him just like Jesus did, to fight, expose and unmask Satan’s lies. If God’s people are going to succeed, then they must put on the whole armor of God.

What is the main Lesson we can learn from the 2016 elections? The answer is subject to a person’s understanding of life as it relates to knowledge and truth. For Christians and conservatives the main lesson is the depth of how crooked and corrupt things are. America just could not survive much longer without a radical change in direction to eradicate the cultural filth. That is the truth!

The moral law of God has continuity throughout history and our times are no different. God's authority has not changed, and He has given us His commandments that require obedience. God is the owner of the universe and the earth, which means that He has complete authority over all of His creation. The law of God reveals to us His will and how we can fulfill it. The law of God is the supreme law in heaven, hell and earth. We must work with wisdom, understanding and firmness to make known to the world that God reigns!

If a person affirms to be a Christian it bears asking, what kind of Christian? If they belong to a denomination it lets us know their doctrinal beliefs. This doesn’t mean the person upholds their convictions 100%. Christians get lumped into one category, which is a mistake because some Christians approve what God's ethics and morality clearly condemn like abortion on demand, yet, they oppose the death penalty for murderers, they accept the theory of Evolution, others accept racism, and the homosexual lifestyle. It is of great concern how Christians contradict God’s moral law yet they affirm to be firmly planted in the Christian camp. What can be expected from those who are not?

Christians overwhelmingly voted to elect Donald Trump to the presidency and there is good reason to be hopeful as we retake the biblical values. Others see an opportunity to restore economic sanity, as Trump promised. He also promised to return control of education to the states and many other encouraging promises. However, let us not be blinded to the reality of his moral flaws.

It is one the main media will never acknowledge: that is that the majority of Christians understood the seriousness of the 2016 elections and mobilized in doing what they know works against all the odds and impossibilities: Fasting, prayers, and action.
