The True Source of Hope, Change and Progress Part 4

August 23, 2013
God's goal has always been to create a new society, Jesus being the first born of that new nation. It should not make us scratch our heads in order to understand this reality.  Jesus prayed, "Your KIngdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven."

Christian’s and Christian nations have suffered the consequences for not offering biblical solutions instead of the ungodly ideas that are predominant in a nation. When Christians do not live the biblical principles they contribute to the disintegration of their societies. When they do, things turn around for good.

It has always been God’s goal since the beginning of creation that His people be a witness to other nations that by  comparing philosophical ideas against each other, all nations will see the indisputability of God’s ethics with great results for all who apply His principles. I have always been in awe of why God trusts us humans so much when He knows how much is riding on the success or failure of this witness.

America and the world are in such a mess: politically, economically, ecologically, morally and theologically. Human life has become worthless in increasing ways; world wars, genocide, infanticide (killing babies in the mother's womb) by choice or by government imposition, revolutions and counter-revolutions.  Is there anything we can trust to tell us the way out of this man-made hellhole?

We all need encouragement.  The difference is what is the source of your encouragement.  Nowhere do we read that Jesus needed human encouragement to carry on His purpose for the redemption of the human race. The encouragement He received was from the Father, the Holy Spirit, The Word of God, and the angels. Big difference!

Atrocities are being performed on Christians even as we speak. Churches and homes are being burned. Christians are being exploited in many parts of the world.  Their property is being confiscated.  They are shunned in business, Christian women and girls of all ages are being raped and enslaved.  Even children are being left orphaned all because of their Christian faith. Pastors are being incarcerated to intimidate them from preaching the Gospel.  Some are even paying the ultimate price for their faith. Here in America, Christianity is also under attack.  Christians and Christianity are mocked every where.  Let's pray for a biblical reformation.

We can expect to achieve great things as we self-discipline our new life in Christ. Can you imagine what world we could have if every born again believer in Christ understands this unchanged truth? You cannot wait for others to train you in developing God’s Character it is a task you must do. It has to be your choice to reach this goal in this life to your higher calling in Christ. Obedience is the fuel of self-discipline.

The act of discerning; is the power or faculty of the mind, by which it distinguishes one thing from another, as truth from falshood, virtue from vice; acuteness of judgment; power of perceiving differences of things or ideas, and their relations and tendencies. "But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil." Hebrews 5:14

James 4:17 says, "So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin." The master rewards the faithful and sends the rebellious ones to eternal punishment. In the parable of the talents of Matthew 25, by not producing the expected fruit, the slothful servant robbed the Master.  He could have done the minimal but instead he hid the talent.  So it is with us, we must acknowledge God’s investment in us and be productive.

We continue to analyze the parable of the talents in Matthew 25; like so many other incompetent, slothful people in history, the servant in the parable that received one talent tries to justify his poor performance by blaming the master. He accuses the master of being a thief, or at least an unscrupulous exploiter.  Too often God wrongfully gets blamed for the poor outcome in people's lives?

History has so much to reveal about the willful incompetence of God’s people due to their apathy or laziness. These kinds of believers always find ways to justified their pathetic performance in relation to the Government and Kingdom of God. Biblical Christians of the 21st century carry the biggest responsibility for the future of this nation and the world.

About The Future of America

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.
