The Left's Obstinate Hostility Part 3

January 18, 2017

If we are open-minded we will arrive at the conclusion that Jesus' teaching on the subject of national division between evil and good is as relevant in the past as it is in the present and will be in the future: “Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and no city or house divided against itself will stand. 26 And if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand?" (Matthew 12:25-26)

America has been in spiritual and moral decline from the very beginning of the formation of the experimental civil government, in 1787. Since then every election has divided the nation with opposing views that are irreconcilable. The further Christian America drifts away from the full counsel of God's word the more evil dominates; this is basic and should not be a point of contention within the Christian camp. From God's perspective, we are either siding with Him or fighting against Him.

For the last eight years, we witnessed and suffered the implementation of the economic and moral social vision of communism. And now comes a new administration that is not your typical capitalist, Trump's campaign message resonated with rural America, and most of urban America. Is this a new start for America or are we going to choose to continue practicing the left's religion that says the State is god.

I’m aware of the value of just how one verse of the Bible at the proper time of need can make the difference in a person’s life. I have also witnessed the devastation to believers when they hang on to a Bible verse with a promise and when it doesn’t come to pass they begin to doubt God’s integrity, faithfulness and trustworthiness. Some grow lukewarm; others back away from following God. What is the accurate position to have in relation to the Word of God? What was Jesus' position?

Elections do have consequences and societies have the government they deserve by majority vote. People, especially God’s people, must understand history from all ideological perspectives, specifically the biblical perspective. Biblical Christians are not called just to fit in with the culture of evil; rather, they are called to transform it.

God's original plan for political power is a decentralized one. God's Word reveals that He did not centralize any form of government as the only responsible factor for social order. If society wants to rebuild it must reform the family, church, social and political institutions, failure to do so is a recipe for constant social confusion, turmoil, and disaster. How many times have you heard that elections have consequences?

After Adam and Eve sinned, God’s plan did not come to a screeching halt—neither did He leave earth to run its course without His involvement. History can only be understood through the lens of the Bible, God’s participation in the unfolding of His divine plan until its conclusion is an ongoing activity.

God was involved in this planet before the creation, during and after. Just because humans are rebellious against Him, that doesn't mean that God has abandoned His plan and retreated. The opposite is true; God is very much involved in carrying out His will here on earth as it is in heaven. Government originates with God; humans and their institutions are not autonomous from His government, even though they think they are. No matter how many times they say it and act as if they are independent of God’s law, they never will be. That will never happen.

There is great excitement and optimism in most of the Christian camp with the new presidential administration and Republican control in Congress. Hope and expectations run high to reverse not only the damage caused by Obama, but other Republican and Democrat presidents. Without a doubt, intercessory prayers were crucial in this election. Nonetheless, a word of caution in keeping the right focus in its place to avoid getting sidetracked. We only purchased time with the result of this election, now we must press onward.

In his inaugural ceremony George Washington reminded the people not to set their confidence on political leaders but in God who never betrays. God has never lost His place as Ruler, and He continues to rule in the affairs of men. We would do well to understand that a

It is not uncommon to have ministers pray at every presidential inaugural ceremony, and Donald Trump’s inauguration will not be different in that sense, except, he has quite a lineup and one in the lineup is a first timer. Why is this important?

About The Future of America

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.
