The Judgment of a Nation, Part 10

October 2, 2013
The judgment of a nation is a call to all of us to be prepared and equip as many as we can for God’s next move in this nation and the world. God’s goal does not stop and is always moving according to His schedule. It is up to us to align ourselves with His agenda.

Do not think for a moment God is not preparing an outpouring of His righteous indignation in full manifestation over us. I pray you are not naïve in thinking, like most Christians do, that this is the United States of America and God will not judge us for our personal and national sins because we area generous nation. If you do know of God’s judgment, do not forget The War between the States of 1861-1865.

Without being blinded by the material and scientific success, consider what has happened to this nation from 1865 up until the present, or 148 years later. Are we a nation closer to God or are we further away from Him and His ways? Will God overlook America's sins indefinitely? America will not be the exception.

WasThe War Between the States that took place from 1861 to 1865 a judgment from God for the injustice perpetrated on human beings? The War Between the States was the most costly war fought in American history. The number that is most often quoted of dead soldier is 620,000. The United States of America has never been the same morally; in fact, the moral decay has increased since then in spite of material progress.

Are Christians in the U.S. immune to God’s judgment? Not really. The problem is that most preachers and Christians cannot see how God has been judging the nation for over two hundred years, why is that? There seems to be economic progress, discoveries in science, advancements in technology and there is incessant bragging thinking they are so wise ad powerful they can do with the world as they please. But all that is crumbling and all the signs point to a coming judgment. Let's open our eyes.

God’s character and moral nature do not change. He may declare judgment on a person or a nation. But, if there is a change and rejection of a sinful way of life [repentance] then God forgives, and has a change of mind. There is a condition to avert judgment.

Historically there have been only two nations that have the means to avert the impending judgment to their respective nations. One failed, named Israel, and two thousand years ago lost the privilege.  A little over sixteen hundred years later the seeds of a great nation were sown, for what became the United States of America.  We must face facts and not hide or scape from reality.

The judgments of a nation or negative judicial sanctions are the result of people’s moral or ethical behavior. You may ask; by whose morality are nations judged? History reveals no human has been able to produce the “right morality or ethics” as a result of his own imaginations or ideas. All humans are in transit from this life to the next one and they do not determine the rules for living. This leaves us with one possible answer to the question by whose morality. By the only One who determines right from wrong, The Creator of the universe and the earth.

Throughout history every new idea about improving life for some is a reason for expectation fueled by hope and faith that things will change for the better. The outcome is determined by the means they want to use to accomplish those expectations.  This makes all the difference.  Every action is weighed in God's balance and judged accordingly.

From the beginning of the creation of the world and the human race God established His standards for living. In spite of all the humanist romanticism that says, “do not judge,” the truth of the matter is all words and actions are judged, period. When a law is violated there are negative sanctions. Human behavior is judged and condemned accordingly. It is time to throw out the Mickey Mouse philosophy of “judge not lest you be judged.” This statement is only thrown up in the face of Christians who are supposed to shut up and put up with the evolving monkey culture by those who misquote the Bible. God is not mocked, what is sewn shall be reaped.

For the most part everything in life demands our all: Family, work, education, the different areas of society, politics, civil government, policies, world involvement, church, and so on.  The key to all the demands in our life is derived from one area; all other areas flow from there: God demands our all or nothing.

About The Future of America

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.
