Jesus Never Compromised the Truth Part 1

June 20, 2017

Why do you think it’s so easy for the majority of Christians to compromise their faith when it comes to social pressure? Compromise is another word for concession. If even the ungodly, when they are pressuring Christians to conform to the liberal/progressive ideals, use Jesus’ love and compassion to add weight to their “convincing” argument, why do Christians cower?

Wind, Spirit and Fire were manifestations in the Day Pentecost. Throughout the Old Testament Scriptures, God manifested His presence in a way that the natural mind perceives as a phenomenon. The fire manifested as tongues of fire above the head of all who were in the upper room was a phenomenon that represented the Spirit of God—Acts 2:4 “And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit”

True biblical prayer draws God's people into unity, with no signs of divisions among those who truly believe in Jesus. Throughout 2,000 years of Christian history we can witness what united prayer, guided by the Holy Spirit, can accomplish through God's people. It is impossible to ignore all the human suffering going on in the world coming from many directions…but there are solutions and prayer must be a vital part of bringing God’s solutions to humanity.

The Resurrected Jesus told His disciples that they would receive the power of the Holy Spirit to be witnesses and to disciple the nations. The divine power they were to receive is not obtained by human means, and this is the reason it is divine. The word power in the Greek is dynamis, it is the same word used to describe Christ's power, which manifested in what the Gospels call “miracles." He also said that greater things we would do than the ones He did. The question is, where are those greater things in our day?

Jesus made the coming of the Holy Spirit known to His disciples. But, nothing of what Jesus said about the coming of the Holy Spirit made any sense to them that night; what to say about the understanding of Christians in the last 2,000 years. It is more than evident that the majority lacks the proper understanding of the role of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer, and we should not take that lightly.

What comes to your mind when you hear the word, Pentecost? Many Christians confuse the event that took place 2,000 years ago on the day of Pentecost with Pentecostalism and, as of lately, the charismatic movement. In this topic, we will endeavor to gain a better understanding of this very important event in human history. Christians need to understand the full impact of what took place on that day, as we shall see. Join us!

Historically, nations have made contributions through humanities, science, technology, commerce, and education. In the last 2 1/2 centuries, the advancements in science and technology have taken leaps to higher and better achievements, but we are a long way from subduing the Earth. The more people grow in the knowledge of God and Christ by becoming one; solutions will be found to all the problems, no matter the level of complexity.

God’s chosen people are appointed to know and make known the purpose and meanings of life applying Scriptures to all areas of human endeavor and planet stewardship. Christian leadership is responsible for discipling people and the nations to conform to God’s standards; any other ideology is culturally toxic and we are definitely seeing the consequences of departing from God as the source.

The concept of unity has always existed. But ideas contradict one another and groups form to dominate society with their mistaken ideas. To become one God's way we are clearly told in Ephesians 5:1 to "...be imitators of God, as beloved children." Also, In Ephesians 4:1-3 "...to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace."

It is God’s, Christ’s, and the Holy Spirit’s goal for us to become one and we must make it our goal also. The world benefits from unity in God’s people or it will suffer for the lack thereof. Since Adam and Eve until now, God is moving history’s climax to bring about oneness, therefore, accurate teaching of God’s Word is of utmost importance. Since Christ came, the world entered into a more direct cultural/ideological confrontation: light vs. darkness, truth vs. falsehood and right vs. wrong.

Loving God is manifested by deeds, not by mere words. Christendom needs a spiritual heart and brain surgery, here is why: if we say we love God and have no fruit manifesting in our spiritual, intellectual and emotional understanding manifested in good works we have not left the world of darkness. What we love is always revealed.

About The Future of America

We want to help restore America's original foundation in biblical Christian principles which made it the most powerful and prosperous nation in the world in a relatively short time but America has not reached it full potential. Ideas have consequences and they are passed on from generation to generation. To eradicate error, the moral and ethical principles of the Bible must be firmly established in the hearts and minds of each individual. If America is going to survive, its citizens must become re-acquainted with its history, heritage and biblical immovable principles and apply them once again to all areas of life. We hope this program will inspire and challenge you so together we can fulfill our responsibility before God and country to make the difference for our generation many generations to come.
