Being God's Servant

References: Job 1

Job was a family man, a man of integrity and wealth. And God was pleased to call him His servant because Job was also a godly man. Dr. Kroll describes a godly person as one whose attitudes are right and who are actions are kind, who is set apart to God in all they do. In this study, we'll see how Job fits that description as a servant of God. We'll learn what it means to be set apart and how that influences all we do; to know how to pray and get hold of God; to keep short accounts with God; and to be jealous in guarding our godliness and that of other Christians. These are things that build a special relationship with God, who may call you His servant.
