Telling the Story

God's work in our life is often an encouragement to others, if we remember to share our story. A friend reminded me of that as he recounted God's provision for his business.

One year ago, in a company tied directly to the real estate industry, his situation seemed hopeless. With only $19 in his account, and payroll for his eight employees coming soon, he wondered if he would survive.

One year later, he not only survived, when many in his industry didn't, he prospered. He knew who deserved the credit, and it wasn't him.

The Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:4, "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!"

If God has given you a story, rejoice in the Lord and tell your story so others can rejoice with you.
