Corporate Integrity Challenge

Many organizations list "Integrity" as one of their values. Their desire to foster a corporate culture of integrity is admirable, but their aspirations can be dashed by one misguided employee.

Corporate integrity is actually a culmination of many people's personal integrity combined. Your organization is only as good as your weakest link.

One bad experience with a sales person or a customer service representative can taint your entire organization's reputation.

Proverbs 17:21 teaches, "To have a fool for a son brings grief; there is no joy for the father of a fool."


Just as a father can experience grief, so can an employer. A bad hire can spoil a good reputation. The next time you hire someone, find a person who brings joy instead of grief.
