You may experience a glitch when you click a play button. Instead of the audio file opening and playing, a small text file may open. If this happens, please take the following steps:
- Netscape 4.0 for Macintosh Users
- Copy the text in the file.
- Open your RealAudio Player.
- From the file menu, choose the Open Location option.
- Paste the text into the URL field.
- Click OK and the audio file will play.
