So the ransomed of the LORD will return and come with joyful shouting to Zion, and everlasting joy will be on their heads. They will obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing will flee away. - Isaiah 51:11
You and I are in a big race. There are two tracks. We can run the Sinai Marathon, or we can dash on the Zion Course. Both marathons have their own sounds. The Sinai run is full of wheezes and “O me!” utterances. The Zion Marathon is punctuated with shouts of joy. Sinai is the performance track. This smoky mountain is wreathed in mystery and “otherness.” The Zion run is the grace race. Those on the Sinai course don’t know if they’ll win the prize or not. Those running the Zion route are speeding toward the prize they’ve already won. No wonder they “come with joyful shouting to Zion.”

Often, we don't know what to say when we get in the presence of God. The Apostles saw that when Jesus prayed, power came into life — a light, a power, and a relevance that was supernatural. They understood that to tap into this power, they would need to learn to pray as Jesus prayed. Join Dr. Ed Young as he shares practical lessons from the Lord's Prayer and discover the power through prayer that can be yours today.
