Above the Law
By: Rick Boxx

In 20 short months, former US Senator Jon Corzine allegedly defied laws and common sense, betting the future of MF Global on a foolhardy $6 billion investment. Mr. Corzine seemed to be above the law, resulting in 3200 lost jobs, the 8th largest bankruptcy, and over $1 billion in missing funds.

Jude 1:4 warns, “I felt compelled to write and urge you to contend for the faith …For certain individuals whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are ungodly people, who pervert the grace of our God into a license for immorality.”

Just as Jude warned Christians to look out for those who slip in and deceive, in our workplaces we need to hold everyone accountable to the law, even those with impressive resumes.

This book details how to begin the process of being accountable to one another. It’s a practical tool for helping people who desire to have character and integrity. Purchase Character That Counts here.
